Firstly follow the instructions on your base box. The mix makes two large pizzas so you can always use half. Once its proving you can get going on your meatballs.
In a bowl mix the seasoning with enough water to lightly cover the breadcrumbs to fluff them up. Then add them to the beef mince, and mix well. This mix will make ALOT of meatballs but didn't want to be tight with the good stuff so you can have the leftovers with spaghetti the next night and whip up a sauce with the leftover passata too!
Roll into your meatballs and I'd recommend browning in a pan with a splash of olive oil.
Once your base is rolled you can add a spoonful of the passata or two and build your pizza with the meatballs, mozzarella and tomatoes! If you have herbs up in your garden they will also go nicely.
Place in the hottest oven you can for between 10-15mins until melted cheese and the meatballs are cooked through.
